All of our brushes and products are made in Italy, created by master artisans with generations of experience and as such we offer a 12 month guarantee from the date of acquisition against any material or manufacturing problems.

Should there be an issue, please go back to the ambassador you acquired the brush or set of brushes from to report the issue. We strongly recommend you follow the instructions contained in the brochure or on our website.

Any defects due to material defects or manufacturing issues will be repaired or recreated free of charge.
